"Disappointing"
Very basic. We were late arrivals due to canceled flights out of Norfolk. Requested bottom floor & put in a section that was having a lot construction done. In front of our room. So, it was blocked off & we had to walk around that. As for the room. There were cockroaches, babies mostly. At the door, not everywhere. They have a sign at the office calling them stinkbugs but I know the difference. Had nice TV & a channel guide. Worked good. We didn't use the fridge since we had a cooler. Nor did we use the microwave. Clean smelling & looking towels. Thin & didn't get extras. The guy said he didn't have any. Pillows are comfy but not fluffy. Beds are firm, so no cloud type sleeping. Floors were dirty, you can see the film across it. Nothing sticky but definitely not clean. No room odor. Good water pressure. Safe was inside the room.

Nothing, this is worse than the Red Roof Inn in Savannah Georgia. Dangerous, scary, room is damaged, toilet loose on wall. Toilet seat falling off. Rat running across parking lot. Bulletproof glass at registration. We are fearful to stay here. If this is the quality of room Booking.com permits then we will never book with you again. I have never stayed in such a run down hotel in my whole life. This is disgusting. I pray we don't get bed bugs.

First the customer service wasn't friendly overall the location was good my room was clean the lights wasn't work properly, the girl at the front desk she was not friendly altitude was bad .overall it was ok .
